Our Beginning

This endeavor started with canning and freezing food from our family garden. When jars became hard to find, I started looking for other solutions.

My husband and I purchased a freeze dryer in November 2022, and learning that your food can hold a shelf life up to 25 years, I was sold.
The possibilities are endless!

Having a sweet tooth is not a bad thing, I enjoy experimenting with different candies and foods.
